Usage Limit Condition not in used.
Free Limit tab is used when you select tocken type as 'Buy X get Y Free' or Coupon Type as 'Buy X get Y Free'.
When we use tocken type as 'Buy X get Y Free' it will applied automatically at the time of buy page load.
